·        1986-1993, M.D., Case Western Reserve University.

Certification

  • American Board of Radiology, Radiation Oncology, 1999

Training

·        University Hospitals of Cleveland, Intern in Medicine, 07/1993-06/1994.

·        UCSF, Resident in Radiation Oncology, 07/1994-06/1999.

·        UCSF, Brain Tumor Research Center, Research Fellow, 07/1995-06/1997

Special Interests

  • My focus is on the study of brain tumors.  Clinically, I hope to improve therapy by participating in various cooperative group trials.  In the lab, I hope to gain a greater understanding of how malignant gliomas arise and how they respond to inhibition of the epidermal growth factor receptor.
